Story Photography processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:
- Health (for example, by telling how the delivery went or how the pregnancy is going via e-mail).
- data of persons under the age of 16 Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over the age of 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at story.photography@hotmail.com and we will delete this information.

How long we keep personal data
Story Photography does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use 10 years as a retention period for the personal data provided. The retention period starts from the moment the photo shoot has taken place.
Sharing personal data with third parties

Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your name and address personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Story photography and you have the right to data portability. This concerns the data such as; names, addresses, dates of birth, account numbers, email addresses and telephone numbers. It does not involve publishing or sharing the images for which permission was granted during the booking of the photoshoot. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to y.nedelcheva@hotmail.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Story Photography would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the German Data Protection Authority.
